Sales Executives
Requirements:
-
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/ Bachelor's Degree
- Required skills: Basic Computer Knowledge, MS Office.
- Required language (s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
- At least 1 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Full Time position (s) available.
- Working Hours: Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm; Sat: 9am-1pm
Responsibilities:
-
- Able to communicate with customer, phone calls and emails.
- Fast responding and provide excellent services to the customer including product inquiry, process order, sales order, delivery, follow up on payment and after sales support.
- Work closely with internal sales to ensure responsiveness to customer requests, billing and delivery arrangement.
- Responsible, committed and able to achieve sales target.
- Willing to travel.

- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, Humanities/Liberal Arts, Textile/Fashion Design or equivalent.
- Language: English, Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia
- At least 1 year (s) of working experience in related field.
- Preferably Junior executives specializing in Arts/Creative/Graphic Design or equivalent

Accounts Clerk
Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least Secondary/ STPM/ "A" Level/ Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
- At least 2 year (s) of working experience in related field.
- Required skill(s): Microsoft Office, Accounting Software, Quick-books.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
Responsibilities:
-
- To assist in handling AP, AR, GL and bank reconciliation.
- Able to handle accounts and book keeping and recording.
- To assist in account translations, checking, verification and follow up.
- Prepare payments to supplier and payment for claims (process payment, prepare payment voucher, cheque).
- To assist in checking and updating of Account Receivable and verification of collection from Customers.
- Maintain proper filing of accounting documents for record keeping.
- General admin support and other relevant ad-hoc tasks or assignments.
- Verification for the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records.
- To assist in Payroll processing and record update.
- To handle petty cash and record keeping.
- And any other duty as management may assign from time to time.
